 No Refunds/Cancelations  - Final Sale on all items. In the rare occasion a refund/cancelation is issued, refund emails and credit can take 5-10 days to show in your account. 

Pre-Order - Pre Order items take between 1-2 weeks and can not be refunded after 24 hrs of purchase considering the manufactures are already in progress of making the product.
