Shipping Policy

 

SHIPPING 

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 in the U.S. and flat rate shipping on international orders.

  • We have the following shipping options available:
  • Free Standard Shipping: 4-7 Business Days
  • Standard Shipping: 4-7 Business Days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 Business Days

Please note, shipping time frames do not include processing time. Orders will be delivered based on the option chosen once the order has been processed and prepared by our facility. Orders are only delivered Monday - Friday.

PROCESSING TIMES 

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 3-7 business days.

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 3-7 business days.

 PRE-ORDERS RESTOCK

Items available for pre-order/ restock will be indicated in the item name. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. Pre Order Restock items take between 1-2 weeks from the day you purchase and can not be refunded after 24 hrs of purchase considering the manufactures are already in progress of making the product. Be sure to also take into account that delays are possible and out of our control. However, we will do our best to get your items to you as soon as possible. 

 If orders contain items for pre-order and items ready to ship, please note that your items will be shipped together and we are unable to ship items separately that are included in the same order.

 SHIPMENT TRACKING 

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail. 

 CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

 Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

 If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping courier first and send us an email. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

 SHIPPING FEES

 Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
